I already know I'm going to catch a few dislikes about this review, but you want honesty and that's what I'm going to give... you. This is the first time I have ever eaten here at Chic Fillet. I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches. It was a nice, soft,hot bun, but it was dry with one pickle. The chicken was very good and seasoned perfectly. I, personally wouldn't go bonkerstrying to eat there again unless I had them add a few things to the sandwich, like mayo, lettuce, and tomato. So, for the priceit's just not enough for me. I could've went home and fried a piece of chicken and put it on a warm bun with a pickle for a lotcheaper and as long as it took to get through the line, probably around the same time frame as well. Never in a million years would I expect to order a chicken sandwich in a drive-thru, to get home and have NO CHICKEN. Isn't... chicken your thing?! We used to absolutely love coming here, but our last few visits have been something else. I get staffingissues and what-not, but quality control is still a thing and goes a long way if you expect customers to keep coming back. Read more

Cookie bags where dirty, I ask mgt to print out receipt and they said could do it even though go to other chick fil a on an app... order they print one out no problem. I called customer service hot line and they would look into it. That was it?..btw thatwas mgt in the picture telling me I can?t get a receipt for my corporate expense that I have to submit every week. Read more
This Chick-Fil-A location is really well-managed! I always receive my order quickly even when there is a long line. I love that... you can order from your table with the app when dining in the restaurant. It makes the experience so easy! The food arrivedquickly and was well prepared. And I was impressed to see employees cleaning tables and stations between customers. Read more
