Ridiculously Slooow and inaccurate Service. The waitress took our water order and disappeared for about 15 minutes. There 5... tables and 5 servers?.do the math. They couldn?t get the order right from the jump. Asked for two water no lemon. Got one ofeach. That?s the same thing right? Asked for 1 tea and got two. Said we want 1 and only charge for one and the ?food runner?said ?I will see.? We were going to leave and asked the waitress who finally came back from whatever hole she fell in, arethings going to go faster? Will we get our food fast or is it all going to take this long? Her answer was that they had foodrunners and she won?t bring the food out. So clearly you have one job. You are the order taker and you couldn?t do thatwell. One of the tables next to us at the end of their meal, said they never did get their fries but they are done eatingnow. Absolutely ridiculous. Understaffed and incompetent. Asked for chili on the side, didn?t get it. When I mentioned it m,the runner asked if I wanted cheese. I said not thank you. What did I get? You guessed it. Cheese on the chili. When I saidthat I didn?t want cheese she had her back half turned and said well I thought you said on the side. We looked at each otherawkwardly for a minute. Obviously she didn?t care so I took it. And let?s not forget the servers and runners yelling at eachother across the restaurant like we are not here trying to have a conversation. The food? Mediocre at best. Ugh. First andlast time here. Service was soooooo slow. Came in at 12:15 and did not get our lunch till 1:03. My husband's tacos were served on this... unappealing and unappetizing, very dirty looking taco holder. Picture attached. I recieved my chicken tenders and didn't get myfries that are suppose to accompany the chicken till 5 minutes later. My chicken had sat in the warming station so long that myranch dressing was COOKED and hot when I recieved it. Read more
Bad service. Cold food. Charged wrong price had to get changed. Workers not wanting to clean tables and didnt (most tables just... left dirty). Staff would walk by empty handed headed to the kitchen and leave tables full of dishes. I know theres a shortage ofworkers? discouraging as they seemed to have plenty of staff Read more
Had a great time. Was only a short wait for a table and our waitress Jesica was very attentive. There was 3 of us, and 2 orders... came out and we were informed the 3rd order hadn't been rang in....so it was a good wait for that...but the waitress had themanager add a discount to our total bill to reflect the 3rd ordered entree as free. All in all, the food was amazing and theatmosphere was pleasant. ???? Read more
The food was really good and hot. The restaurant was super busy when I went. Was around 7pm on a Saturday. The service wasn?t... bad but our server had a horrible attitude. Not sure if she was just super busy and over worked but it made us not want to staylonger than we needed to. I would recommend to anyone, it?s a great overall environment. Read more
Door Dash delivery was on time and great delivery person! 5 ????s CHILI'S FOOD? "Meh" at best... Prime rib was flavorful but... tough and dry. Very thin piece of meat that seemed re-grilled. Corn on the cob was tasteless and old like it had been sitting inwater all day or multiple days. Mashed potatoes were instant and tasted like wallpaper paste made with water and potato flakes.Convinced that the chives, cheese and bacon was intended to cover up the taste of the potatoes. We were there from 11:30am to 1pm. Restaurant not busy. Ordered mushroom hamburger and 2 orders of soup,salad, and chips. I had... to ask at least 3 times for our server to check on our food, without getting any answer, our Server was kind and attentive butnever came back with an answer. We noticed others that came in after us was getting their food without an issue. Finally after1 hour and several minutes our food came with some lame excuse of having someone new in the kitchen. I accept that, but weasked several times to check with no response. The hamburger bun was rock hard but it was eaten because we didn't want to waitfor another so nothing was said. I was very disappointed with the communication of the server. The quality of the food.(Soup/salad were fine) We didn't ask for the Manager, we should of, but not looking for a freebie.
