Sadly very very poor service. ???? my children waited over 1 hr while our food sat in the cooler because they forgot? They got... our order completely wrong! Then made another charge for a larger horchata which should have been free considering the awfulservice. My advice is if someone comes and orders something simple like horchatas and paletas then you give them the food first,your making everyone wait entirely 2 long for no reason, not enough workers speak English or can understand what is going on,you have clients you serve from all over the world. Need better translations. Need better serve times for your customers ????, we shouldn't even have had to pay for your mistakes that's just horrible service. We like your food and products we are sad thatwe will no longer be able to purchase products from you because your service is so horrible. I mean awful absolutely terribleservice. Read more

Tacos Al Pastor are on point. The churros with ice cream are amazing. Churros are made on the spot, and pair it with your flavor... of ice cream. It is worth a diabetic coma induced night. Read more
Constantly increasing their prices. It?s understandable, but seriously $6.29+tx for a elote that takes them literally seven... minutes to make and I?m the only customer. It?s not even corn off the cobb, they buy the big corn kernel cans from Sysco orSam?s Club. You go to Chicago or anywhere else about $3 the same 24oz elote. No issue really with the price, but rather theirextremely slow inefficiency. Six people standing around only one customer seven minutes. Max time should of been 3 minutes tops.Nothing but a cup full of mayonnaise. Read more
Clean place, interesting selection of flavors, but it wasn't that busy when we went in and it took forever to get our order even... in. There was a lot of staff too. Customers take tarot cards with numbers for your place in line. That's kinda cute. Also theyadd an extra charge if you use credit, if I'd known I would have just paid with cash. Read more
Definitely lots of yummy Mexican snacks to choose from. Service was a little bit on the slow side and orders were not correct... but I'll attribute to still trying to work out the kinks and being a new business. Would def give them another try and visitagain. Read more
I used to come here often but honestly the quality has gone down. The tacos are trash and the wait times are horrendously long.... I used to get malteadas with 2 flavors but apparently now its a problem and they only allow you to get one flavor like its a bigdeal. Honestly its become overpriced and subpar. Read more
