Food arrived cold. Food quality isn't good (boneless wings are hard and chunky), fries are soggy. You don't buy wings here,... you buy pieces of chicken with flavored sauce lightly drizzled on them, and it is distinctly not enough. But worry not, theysell additional sauce to pad your bill! You will find multiple reviews stating the same thing on Google Reviews. I like togive benefit of the doubt, but unfortunately the multiple 1 star reviews there are correct. Thankfully, grubhub refunded theorder that I had for 4 people, "as a one time courtesy." 1 star is a generous gift. Will not order again. Read more
This is the second time ordering from here, both times I was extremely disappointed. This is why I don't usually give second... chances. Food Service just isn't for everyone. The wings and fries came in one box covered in a disgusting sauce that I didntorder. The preparer put a small container of some weird redish sauce and didnt put the lid on tight so it spilled all overeverything making it inedible. Also ordered a pastry and got a flavor I didn't order. I certainly understanding they may bebusy, but getting the order wrong 100% of the times someone orders from there simply means you don't care. Was excited to try a local wing joint until i realized afterward that this is literally just Chilis. And also don't advertise... these as wings with sauce because there isn't any on them. If plain, bland wings with soggy fries is your thing, I would highlyrecommend this place. For anyone else with actual taste buds, try any other possible wing joint in Grand Rapids Read more
Have had some wings in the past that were great - however, wings barely had any sauce, looks like they were just squirted with... sauce, and the fries were so stale they were almost rock hard. This is actually one of the worst food experiences I've had, ifnot the worst order ever... hopefully the employee situation gets resolved for other peoples benefit, but as for me, I'm out. Read more
Ordered through Door Dash. Arrived hot and fresh. We ordered the Cajun Spice, regular Buffalo, and smoked Buffalo. Very good... flavor with all of them. Although marked as medium (Buffalo), and hot (Cajun), they are not hot. My heat level is that I putFrank's Red Hot on almost everything, and these are much milder than that. Otherwise, good wings. Ordered 32 bone in wings and it?s soooo lightly sauced u can barely taste anything..its no difference then just naked wings with... no sauce .. Apple barbecue was delicious! I'll order again just for that sauce. The fries were a bit soggy for our taste and my husband was... wishing there was a bit more sauce on his mango wings. But overall the flavor was good, portions were satisfactory, and theprice was right. Read more
I decided to try out these wings since it had high ratings. As a Wing Lover I had high expectations. Thse were by far the worst... I've had, no offense I don't see what the Fuss was about! I ordered mild Buffalo and the sauce was at the Bottom of the PlateUnder The Wings the curly fries were warm but Soggy AF lol Everything was warm but tasted like it was made Hours Ago Go to WINGHEAVEN those wings are a bit pricy but taste Delicious!!! Don't waste your money I spend $28.00 down the drain.
