This is the most unprofessional and rudest papa John's ever.. The so called manager just kept repeating herself over & over... again like saying it 1000 times was gonna help the situation... I ordered and paid for my it. NEVER got my order and wasn'trefunded or even compasated not even a discount.. I ordered a thin crust, it was under cheesed, and burnt. When I called to asked them to remake my pizza I was informed that it... was normal for a thin crust to be as hard as a stale chocolate chip cookie. They said yes they would remake it but that wouldalso b burnt. The managers had me in tears. I was polite and asked nicely and they both were short with me and very rude. PapaJohn's has definitely went down hill with customer service. I will not be ordering from them again anytime soon. I would give 0stars if possible. Ordered thru door dash. Put in a simple easy order of pizza with cheese in crust. With pepperoni, mushrooms and green olives.... What did I receive? A cheese pizza and no toppings at all. When I tried to call SIX Times !!!! I was hung up on each time. Burnin Hell !!! Those who cheat, steal and lie all have a special place in Hell for your treacherous acts.
