Our waitress Alexis was awesome. She provided excellent service and was very pleasant. She kept a genuine smile even though it... was obvious that she was the only waitress in our section of the restaurant an on a Saturday afternoon at that. I was pleasedto see that others from the manager and the lady attending to the salad bar were also helping out. I have worked in therestaurant industry so I know the value of a hands on manager such as Sara M. An staff working as a team. Everyone has therespecific job, but it should be all hands on deck when needed and that's seems the way this restaurant operates. As prices gothey are reasonable. I went on a vacation with my family, my mom had grown up here and showed me everything. She took me, my grandma and my dad here.... It was me and my dad's first time here and the food was AMAZING! My mom and grandmas soup was just how the remembered it, mygrilled cheese and fries were the best and my dads olive burger was good too! Would recommend and I want it still! Read more
I about had a kitten when the gal told me it was a little over $9 for a plain hamburger -no fries or sides. It was good, but... very small. I love supporting local, but this was a bit too pricey for me. Read more

You know, if you're looking to have a cup of coffee and a sandwich with onion rings, Russ' is pretty great. The prices are dirt... cheap compared to equivalent competitors in the same restaurant genre. Russ' food is inoffensive and caters to the old Dutchcrowd, but it is well executed and tasty if you're in the mood for family style diner type food. You can easily get solid foodfor two people and skate out of here for around 20 bucks. Read more
Don't miss out! This is your new restaurant! I used to work here for a while and ate here even longer, over 10 years! The food... is always hot and fresh and makes with the same care as a home cooked feast. The environment is super friendly and just anawesome place all around. The deserts and soups, as well as the good, are diverse and pack a huge punch when it comes to flavorand deliciousness. Read more
Absolutely loving coming to Russ'! I forgot my server's name, but she was super kind and attentive. The meatloaf stackers was... good for the most part. I think I will have to try it next time without the bread underneath. Read more
