I was dizzy and shaking due to hunger as I had done a heavy strongman session earlier in the day. I noticed a sign that said,... "Steak" and decided to give it a try because I was shaking as well. Ordered off the app on Thursday at 9pm but after arriving they were already closed. Went Friday to get the meal I had paid for... the day before, one of the managers said it would take up to 2 weeks for a refund but I explained I only wanted the food.Burgers were ok, shake was fine, fries were cold and onion rings were soggy like they were microwaved. Sat in the drive threw for over 10 minutes Sunday night waiting on 3 shakes. One car at the window and a truck between us. ... The shakes are not nearly like they used to be either. Hopefully their food is still good. Read more
The Steak n Shake in Wyoming, MI was less than exciting. The fries tasted a day or 2 old and not hot. We never received... silverware. It's not like they were busy. There were 2 other tables. After the food was cooked, it seemed like all the staffvanished. We will not be returning to this location. I'm surprised this location is still in business. Read more
I'll give it 2 stars because the food was good BUT nothing about our visit earned any stars. Nobody talked to us. We had never... been in there before and didn't know to just order at the kiosk. The 2 people we saw working turned their backs on us. It wassuper awkward. I'll not go back to this location again. Read more

It's been a long time and I'm not sure I will ever go back. I always loved malts at Steak 'n Shake. Supposedly, they no longer... offer malts. I could have gotten my shake from McDonald's for 1/2 the price. They didn't even ask what I wanted on my Burger butI specifically ask them to add tomato and lettuce. I got 1 pickle a half slice of tomato and a wilted piece of lettuce. Theyalways had the best fries. Tonight, they were almost raw and they were all about 1" long. Food was cold. Almost no staff. Everything is self serve now. Order on a screen when you walk in then get your own drinks. Once... your food is ready, they set it on the counter by the kitchen and basically whisper your name and walk away. No employees wereclearing tables of trash. No more condiments at the tables. Just ketchup/mustard/mayo packets up by the drinks. Very poorexperience from what used to be one of my kid?s favorite places to eat. He?s 11 and even he said he never wants to go back.
