What an absolute disaster. I ordered a half an hour ahead of time for carry out , the doors were locked when I got there. I... called them and they said I have to go through drive through. What?s the point in offering carry out in the app, when you stillhave to go all the way through drive-through? I was in a hurry, that?s why I ordered ahead in the app! Once I finally gotthrough drive-through, 10 minutes to get to the ordering, they couldn?t find my order. It took them multiple minutes to find myorder. Almost 45 minutes after my initial order I finally got the food. Horrible. I?ve had OK experiences during the day shift,but do not come here at night. Wendy's just isn't as good as it is to be. I ordered the #1 Dave double burger. Paid $6.99 only to get back to work and see that... I was given only a single burger. And it was very dry. And I almost didn't go there today. Of my last 5 times going to Wendy's.I may have gotten my correct order and it taste good only once. I called the restaurant. But no answer. The vertic is still out. First time there the fries were cold and hard. Second time the first soft and warm. So I need another... purchase of fries before I will rate them over all. The Wendy burger was good every time, juicy every time not dried up.Thefixin were great, the sloppiness when things want to slid out of the bun marks a good burger I have Spirit to drink and theywere great to okay. Pulled in line at 930, only 3 cars in front of me. Slow, gave them the benefit that maybe they were short staffed(lobby closed)... got to the window and saw 7 employees. 2 walking around like lost puppies, 2 making drinks(for the small amount oforders) Total joke, 47 minutes to order and get my food. Then you'd think with the wait we would get fresh food? I had 4 people plus myself in the truck , it took a while to order, payed for what we ordered, pulled up to get the food,... something told me to stop and check the bags , so I did. Everyone got what they ordered, I didn't get my sandwich or fries.Went back around to get my food. The food was good. Read more

Just went to try and order food. They close at midnight but employees were not talking at the drive thru order they had a line... with the whole place lite up waited several minutes honked the horn nothing went to the window and the Employees said they wereclosed cause there were only 2 of them. Don?t ever go there. If they were closed when they weren?t suppose to be all lightsshould have been off instead of them sitting in there like idiots Read more
