3 stars because the food is excellent. I get wings every Sunday for football season. However the douche sitting in the corner... yelling at the girls working makes me cringe. He sits there and does nothing at all except yell at the two girls working. Alsohe’s extremely rude when he answers the phone. Doesn’t tell you to hold, he answers and the moment you speak he puts thephone down to again yell at one of the girls to come do it. What does the guy do? How is he useful to the company at all? As chicken wing restaurants go, friendly staff food did not take too long to come out after placing order the fries could have... been cooked a little bit longer but overall everything was fresh and hot, the dining room was clean and kept up. We ordered our food online. When I walked in there was one girl on the phone and another standing there. More workers in the... kitchen. Not one person acknowledged I was there or ask what I needed! Then I stood there longer until the girl on the phoneasked someone else to take the call. She finally asked me what I needed. I understand if they were busy. But there were workersjust standing there! They all saw me and the two others that walked and still said nothing to any of us! Customer Service isvery poor there!! Read more
I liked this place when I ordered delivery. But carry out was a bad experience. The guy said I needed to confirm my order on my... phone, but in no way was that possible. He almost wouldn’t let me take my order that I paid for and provided proof of. So Itold him, “that’s fine, I’ll just put in for a refund and go somewhere else” and only then did he let me take my order.I even showed the guy my phone and insisted he show me how to confirm it. I didn’t design the app, this isn’t the customersfault. An experience I don’t think is worth testing out again. Read more
Great wings, but extremely long wait times. Add 30 min on top of what the app originally says. Also cleanliness wasn't top... priority. Looks like the soda machine hasn't been cleaned in a while... when issues arise they resolve promptly, but there'snothing done to make up for them.. Read more
Delicious ???? So on point.! Way better then the one further down 28th street.! The chicken was actually of good quality.! The... taste was amazingly fresh and hot.! Large amounts of fries and veggie sticks as it should be with Wings ???? We drive fromHolland just to get these delicious combos.! The service was good.! I would call ahead if you don’t want to pay online bc theymake you pay when placing orders online but other then that, All was so well worth it.! Awesome job y’all.! Keep up the goodwork.! Update: 10/29. Their soda machine is almost empty all the time. We ask someone to see if they can refill it and they don’t... know how to or don’t have any. It’s very frustrating when you do online orders and pay for something and can’t get yourdrink nor a refund. Food from this place has always been great that’s why we always stop by. Went by today and looked like noone was working the register since no one bothered to come and ask if we needed to order.
