The drive through was busy so we went inside to order. There was only one other person inside. I thought I saw part our order... made about 10 minutes after we placed it. 20minutes after waiting the worker came to our table to see what we were waiting on.She pulled the food that I saw ready 10minutes ago and put it on a tray and brought it to us. The warm vs hot food was a bummerbut ok. However they messed up the order and gave my husband the wrong burger and me the wrong sauce. They didn?t apologize forthe error but did remake/bring us the correct food. The other person inside also had their order messed up and they were given acoupon for a free blizzard (we didn?t get one so that was frustrating). We later went order ice cream and they were out of theflavor we wanted. The customer service was subpar. Read more

Closes at 7 PM whatever happened to summer hours and oh how about maybe opening the lobby so people on motorcycles and work... trucks that don't fit and drive-through. Customer services going downhill fast. Update:: July 2nd Google says open until 10 pmclosed at 9pm. Still 1 star.. Read more
Super annoying when business hours are inaccurate. I checked the hours for the Forest Lake location before leaving home, arrived... a half hour before closing time only to be told after waiting in line 15 mins that they?re closed. So I drive to the Wyominglocation and arrive at 9:10, cars still waiting in drive thru line so I get excited thinking thank goodness their hours areaccurate, only to be told they close at 9 and that we can?t order. Your hours state you?re open until 10 today. McDonald?s it isfor ice cream. Read more
