Drive thru line was very long, but it moved quickly. My order was correct. Both burgers had stale buns and were lukewarm at best
Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 McDoubles, 2 hamburgers plain, 2 medium fries and 2 pies. It was 10:32 am. There was a line on... the drive thru but not bad. Now my only critique is that the fries don't stay hot even if you ask for them right out of thefryer. I only live about 10 minutes away. This is just a suggestion, instead of having an open container, keep them for the donein customer and have some type of container with a lid? Other then that I enjoy this restaurant. Read more
Lazy lazy lazy. I ordered a chocolate pretzel McFlurry and I paid $4 for a cup of vanilla soft serve with some caramel and... pretzel on top. Couldn't be bothered to mix it of course. Read more
I specifically requested a happy meal with a King Bob minions toy for my child, and I didn?t receive it! I was given a terrible... Lightyear toy, which after my long and sleepless 12 hour shift as a prison guard this infuriated me. My child was screaming andcrying as he opened his McDonald?s toy, and I wasn?t happy. customer service absolutely sucks, you can even understand the guy taking your order. I ordered 10 piece nugget, fries, sweet... and sour sauce, and a medium coke. I get 11 count chicken nugget, SMALL coke, ranch no fries, and a cheeseburger, never goingthere again. Read more
Kiosk ordering only. Placed my order was given a number and instructed to pay at counter. No paper in machine to print my order.... Asked for help and no one could help asked me to wait. 5 minutes later I left. Terrible terrible experience!!!!! Read more
