Located on the second level of the Berkshire Mall (food court). Accessible via stairs, escalators, and elevator. Staff were... friendly. Busy as a typical CFA. This one does not have the drive through option, but you are able to order ahead and do carryout on your phone. There is also food court seating avialable. There are other restaurants nearby such as pizza shops, chinese,etc. if someone in your party does not want CFA. Read more
The only Chick-fil-A I've ever had a bad experience at. And it's been on several occasions. Tonight was no exception and a... reminder of why I need to stop coming here. First they missed some of our food in the order and since we got takeout my poorsister missed out on her supper. Secondly the fries were a limp, mushy pile. And thirdly the Mac and cheese was not the normalcreamy deliciousness. It was basically just plain pasta with pieces of shredded cheese spread throughout. Yuck ????. Normally weclean up everything we get at Chick-fil-A, but not tonight. There was lots of food thrown in the trash because that's where itbelonged! Read more
