Waited about 15 minutes to be greeted after being sat. Gave entire order. The soda, chips and salsa came right out. My... margarita was never delivered. Dinner came out, was informed they had to remake my dinner salad. A drink was finally deliveredto the table but wasn?t what I ordered. Was asked if I wanted it, said no I wanted what I ordered. Here they made the correctdrink but trashed it because they thought it was wrong. Was told it would be awhile because they were busy. Waitress said she?djust take it off the bill and I wouldn?t be getting my drink. I brought up I still hadn?t gotten my salad and didn?t want it atthis point. The restaurant wasn?t even half full and customers were just sitting waiting. Only gave 2 stars because we did getour dinners correctly delivered. Won?t be back anytime soon. Read more
Horrible Service! Came in to enjoy a nice meal, walked in at 9pm and we had to wait to be tended to while the workers were just... talking to each other. A gentleman finally came over to ask how many of us we told him and he looked at the time and walked backto the kitchen. Didn?t tell us what he was doing or to give him a minute or anything. Another worker came out from the kitchento look over at us and the two of them just sat there talking to each other instead of finding us a table or communicatinganything with us. They close at 10pm, a whole hour before they close and it seemed like they did not want to serve us at all sowe walked out! Do Better Chilis! Read more

Had a nice dinner here! The food can be very affordable in comparison to other restaurants in the area. They have some special... deals to combine dishes and appetizers for around $10. We enjoyed the presentation of the food and the tenderness of the chickenitself! All in all it was a good visit, but the food itself wasn't anything crazy special. On Friday we decided to start our weekend celebration and went to Chili's for dinner. We were happy because there weren"t many... people inside. It was approximately 5:30 pm. when we entered they welcomed us and told us we had to wait 20 minutes. We lookedinside the place and it had few people. We did not understand why we had to wait. But we accept. I think Chili's low on staff.At exactly 20 minutes they called us. The waitress was very kind but you could tell that she had a lot of work, She neveroffered us water, nor did she offer napkins. The drinks took approximately 20 minutes and the food took more than 35 minutes. IfI give it 3 stars it is because overall the service was not good. I want to think that my bad experience is because due to thecoronavirus they still do not have enough staff. As for the food it was tasty. There was an option of fajitas. We chose it withmeat, chicken, and shrimp. It was quite a generous portion. We also ordered some new pulled pork quesadillas. I didn't like themthey were super spicy. Too much. I ordered a sandwich with grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, Swiss cheese, and tomato. It wasvery good and it came with French fries. the drinks were delicious. Maybe later we will visit the place again because the foodwas good. The waitress within the madness that was in the place was kind. The first time I went there it was amazing! I don't know if the management changed, or the staff changed but the food is so old... every time. The soup is questionable. They literally place some cheese on top then microwave it. The chicken was old and smelledlike it went bad in the refrigerator and the solution was more sauce. The fries were so old they hallowed inside resulting in apowdery taste. If you are thirsty that watery drink won't help. Once I tried to explain an error to management, and he simplygrabbed himself a drink and walked away. The meals increased 4 dollars and to still cut corners this way isn't fair to thepeople that frequent. Also, fyi you may end up on the toilet afterwards. Read more
