I gave it 2 stars because the food was really good, it?s the customer service that will prevent me from ever going back there... though! I think that?s why they don?t get as much business like they did before. The man is nice and welcoming, but the ladytaking orders with the knee pad on, just ruins the entire visit. Didn?t wanna give us more then 2 little packets of ketchup fora double burger and fries, when I asked for more she said ?that?s what I can give? I was like uhm sorry but can I have moreplease that?s not enough! He gave 2 more and was clearly mad about it. Then I asked for the sauce I ordered because it wasn?t InThe bag, she said ?you didn?t ask for it? I was like yes I did. Most horrible service I?ve seen in years. I wanted to enjoy an alternative lunch since there aren?t many vegan options here in... my city, I placed an online order, and when I asked the older woman for ketchup. She refused to give me more than 3 ketchuppackets for my entire meal. The ketchup could have gone anywhere between my burger or my fries but she refused to give me morethan 3 SMALL Heinz packets (we all know how much ketchup comes out of that.) Her explanation was people don?t order that muchketchup for Friday so thats all I?m going to give you. What a TERRIBLE way to treat a client. Everyone has different taste budsand eating habits. So why deny the customer a better experience for the food THEY PAID FOR. I?ll never spend my money hereagain. Read more
The food was delicious! It was all made right after we ordered and had a nice portion of fries. The staff was very friendly and... helped explain the menu. There's the option to build your own burger or get a signature one. The place itself was very clean andhad a nice atmosphere! Definitely recommend checking it out! Read more
Nice clean facility, quiet too. We ordered a double burger, a single, and a veggie. They don't do combos (like five guys) and... the price is a little higher than I'd have liked. They also don't mark the weight of what you're paying for which I wasn't a fanof. Over all it was tasty albeit a little small on portions for what was paid. An occaisional stop, not something I'd make partof my regular rotation. Customer service wise the staff was incredibly nice and made sure we were taken care of. Read more
Soon as I heard of this place I wanted to drop by for lunch. WOW! Great place with friendly people. Burger choices for a... vegetarian like me. Wow! Wish there was a place like this where I live in Richmond. Choice of Impossible burger, veggieburger, and vegan burger. My wife chose the veggie burger and I got an impossible burger. Delicious Elevation fries, soft drink,and chocolate milkshake. GREAT place. 5 Stars and all! Read more
Employees were friendly and greeted us upon entry. Place was clean. That is all the good I can say about this place. Elevation... burger was mediocre. Couldn't really taste the "elevation sauce" patties were thin. Buns were cold. The grilled pineappleburger was a disappointment. Wife said it lacked flavor. Tasted no different than just a regular burger. The chicken tenderkids meal was a joke. 2 very small pieces of chicken tenders(more like nuggest) and fries for $10. (See picture) Onion ringswere barely battered and just lacked flavor and crisp. For how much I spent on 3 meals I should have just went to an actualrestaurant where I probably would have paid less for better food. Lesson learned, I will not be eating here again. Read more
Sandwiches are fresh, oh so delicious, organic, and made with care when you order. I have tried something different each time I... have been there so far. I think I've just about made it through the menu. I have enjoyed all the unique buger specials that havebeen available over the last year. Most of all I like the fact that you can find out right where the meat came from. Live alittle, try something new and it may be delicious. Read more
