A bit pricey, but great atmosphere and food. The malai kofta and garlic naan is delicious.

Some of the best food I've ever had!! It is so good, it genuinely almost makes me cry with joy when I eat it. Some members of my... family don't like spicy food and they're able to get mild food here that is still SO flavourful. Their veg curries are allamazing!! This place manages to make food that is so satisfying and delicious without making it too oily like a lot ofrestaurants, even the fried appetisers! They really just hit the mark on absolutely everything and they do it consistently!! Andeven on their more expensive items, I find them less expensive than other indian restaurants. I wish I had taken picturesbecause the food is beautiful - but hopefully you try it yourself and see! Read more

This was our first time here but had recommendations from others. It was delicious! We ordered Gobhi Manchurian for appetizer... and it was our favorite of the whole meal but the biryani and masala were also delicious! We ordered our food with medium spice,i will probably go less next time but hubby said he might go for more spicy next time. (For anyone who is unfamiliar withIndian cuisine, go with less because medium in my head wasn't the same as their medium, so take that for what it's worth.Lol) We got 1 app, naan, 2 entrees, no drinks, spent $52 without tax and tip but had SOOO much food to bring home! More thanenough for another meal! Read more

Best Indian I’ve ever had. Tonight I ordered the chicken 65 and Tikka Masla and was very happy with our meal. The chicken and... veggies are so flavorful. The rice and naan complemented everything so well. I’ve ate their food before but very glad to saythey are consistent with quality. I will gladly continue to order. Read more

I came to Reading to visit and stay with a friend for sometime and had a craving for Indian food. Being Indian American myself, ... I am naturally choosy and discriminating when choosing an Indian restaurant to dine at. Since I'm not from the area, I had toGoogle to see where the nearest Indian joints were. This place had consistently high ratings, 4 and above. I must start off bysaying that the staff was welcoming and friendly. I chose the buffet to sample and get a feel of their general daily menu. Thefood was of good quality, but wasn't outstanding. The lemon rice didn't have enough salt. Veggie dishes were good and had theright traditional consistency in texture and taste. The chicken curry was seasoned well, but the chicken wasn't as soft andtender as I would have liked. They didn't have a lamb or goat dish as most Indian buffets offer. They should have offered a fishcurry dish in lieu of the lamb or goat at the very least. The Indian rice pudding was too watery and not of thickerconsistency. Overall a good place in a smaller city like Reading. Read more
