I'm not sure how the most simple order could get screwed up, but it was the worst I've experienced at a McDonald's. It wasn't... even busy! I sit at the order menu for several minutes saying, Hello? Hello? Finally was greeted. I order a cheeseburger (onlyketchup) a large sweet tea, and a 4pc chicken nugget Happy meal with chocolate milk. The employee asks if everything is right onthe screen to pull through to 2nd window. I notice that she put in a large fry instead of the sweet tea. Again, I sit saying, "Hello? Hello?" She responds by saying, "Sorry for the wait. Can I take your order?" I explain that she just took my order and itwas wrong!" She says, just pull through and I'll fix it." I pull through and am given the Happy Meal and the Cheeseburger, butno sweet tea. I tell the girl that my order was wrong. She goes and gets the person who took my order and she fixes it incomputer. I am handed what I thought was a large sweet tea. I had handed my debit card to pay, but had to ask for it back andalso ask for a receipt. She says, "oops sorry!" I then realize I wasn't given the chocolate milk or straws. I ask for those.Finally, I pull away. I drive 15 minutes to my destination and discover that the cheeseburger has onions and pickles on it, andmy tea is unsweetened! Very frustrating experience. Read more

I?m done with this Mcdonalds. Not only do I always have to wait at the drive thru for 10 minutes for fast food, I then received... an undercooked egg McMuffin where the yolk was still super runny, and the egg white was runny too. Thanks for wasting half my 30minute lunch break for a nasty undercooked egg McMuffin. (Pictured below) Read more
So I've seen the commercials for McDonalds "attempt" at the Crispy Juicy chicken. I was very disapointed. Chicken was overcooked... aka, burnt. Roll was tasteless. I got the combo meal and the fries were room temperature at best. And I forgot to ask forketchup to hide my horrible meal. Coke was best part. Not going back to this location anymore! Read more
Went through the drive through thinking it would be quicker than inside. Not so. Had to park and wait over 5 minutes for my... simple order, just 2 cheeseburgers. It was around 7pm so I don't think it was a dinner rush. Read more
