Terrible, terrible service. Had to ask for money back so didn't even get any food for lunch at drive-thru - just hassled.

You have to had bumped your head to keep eating at McDonald's. First off the food is really not that great never really was. On... top of that you will always have issues it seems with either the ice cream or milkshake machines never working. But my biggestcomplaint right now is the fact that they completely got rid of the dollar menu all together and if you actually check theprices they tripled everything. However burger king and Wendy's Arby's ECT. We're still able to keep a value menu to help theircustomers save money and keep the fast food where it is supposed to be. Idk about you but I'd rather go to a restaurant or takeout from a pizza place before spending $25 on 2 value meals. They are way over priced for a place with such horrible service. Read more

Customer service sucks and service is slow...the coffee bar was dirty and lacked supplies. Muhlenberg location is cleaner and... the staff is always loading necessities. Just say no....I bit into my burger ???? and it was rare. I like my food all of theway cooked. Read more
I sometimes stop at this McDonalds on my way to work in the morning. Today I ordered 2 Burritos and a Caramel Frappe. I was near... the end of my drink when a hard piece came through my straw. At first I figured it was a chunk of ice not crushed, but once Ispit it out, I realized it was a piece of hard clear plastic. Read more
Average McDonald's. Fries were ok. Team was friendly and answered promptly. Sandwichs were made correctly.
