I always enjoy Mission, my only complaint is that the food is a bit pricey for what you get. That said, if I want some marbled... brisket and pulled pork, this is the place to get it around this area. Actually one more complaint, the collard greens need tobe a regular menu item. They?re awesome. The green beans are pretty damn good too though. The cornbread, not so good? theybasically make Jiffy by the instructions, and leave it to get dry. A great place to eat whenever we are in Berks County! The staff are always great at this restaurant and the food is even better!... I always stick with the jalapeño sausage, wife goes for the brisket. Don't forget the baked beans, they are amazing! This placeis spotless! Fantastic atmosphere! You will not be disappointed! Found this place by accident! Worth it, pulled pork sandwich juicy, tasty, turkey meal great flavor. French fries nice texture,... Mac n cheese cheesy not over the top. Manager stopped by table to say hi, came back with dessert. BBQ on point, sauces varietygood. Loved the patriotic decor. Read more

We used Mission BBQ to cater our wedding and we are so happy with how everything turned out! The food was great and all our... guest loved everything. More importantly the staff was amazing from day one! We heard back from them so quickly when we reachedout about catering our big day and they made sure to set up a tasting for us so we could try everything before we picked out ourmenu. We had to postpone our wedding because of Covid and had make quite a few changes to the menu from the time we orginallybooked them to our wedding day and they were so accommodating with all our requests. They were always there for us when we hadany questions or concerns about things. The staff that catered at our wedding were so friendly and helpful to all our guest andwent out of their way to check up on my husband and I throughout the night to see if we needed anything. They were superprepared with everything we could have needed and more and they made the buffet look amazing with decorations and everything.They packed up all the extras for us so we could take it back with us so we were able to make sure no food was wasted. I wouldhighly recommend hiring Mission BBQ if you have a wedding or event to cater. Masks are optional and veterans are loved. The food is awesome and you eat on an actual MRE tray. You walk up to the counter... place your order and wait for your name to be called. For all that we ordered it was ready in about 5 minutes! First responders,firefighters, police officers AND veterans get a free sandwich on 9/11???? Read more
