My wife and I had a gift card for red lobster so we decided to give it a shot. Overall it was a good experience, the wait time... wasn't too long (20 minutes to get a table for two, and about another 20 minutes to receive our entrees). Our waitress wasfriendly and helpful. The food was good, on par with what I would expect from a seafood chain restaurant. I didn't expect greatness but what a disappointment this meal was. It took 20 minutes to get my drink (which was the first order... the server took) It was so long the server brought out the Cole slaw that was the side on my meal before I got the drink just tobring something out. When the food was brought out, with missing items, a different server took my second drink order, which Inever got, and wasn't even able to tell the server until after I was done eating that it didn't come because no one checked atall during the meal. Have eaten at this restaurant for many years. The food was great! As always but on this night it was extremely delicious. Not... sure if they have a new chef/cook, but the food was over the top flavor full with every bite. If you go, ask for Amber. She's agreat waitress and very knowledgeable of the dishes. Read more
