The past two weeks we have wanted to get a pizza after my daughters gymnastics class. The first time, they said it would be a 25... minute wait. We had to just leave and eat at home because we came for the ?hot and ready?. The next week we tried again. Thistime they had one ready! We got to the window and the worker said it had just come out of the oven and was dropped on the floor.Somehow they had nothing else cooked or ready. So once again we had to just leave and find something to eat at home with twocranky kids close to bedtime. They really need to take the ?hot and ready? out of their name. Read more
Came by this location on 8/25/22 and ask for a single order of Italian Cheese Bread at 830pm. We were told it would take 25-30... minutes to make it.... That is completely not correct. Don't lie to people about cook times. Especially when two occupants ofthe vehicle were prior employees.... It was just laziness because they didn't want to have to do their job. Read more
This store always seems to be struggling unfortunately. I?ve been through and had good service and then there?s times like... today. I sat in the drive through after the person told me to wait one moment. I said ok and sat and waited patiently and then Iwas met with ?Uh are you not gonna say anything?? over the headset. When I responded, I said that I was told to wait a momentand then there was silence. I left. This is unreasonably disrespectful behavior, in my opinion. The pizza was as expected, but it was a strange experience walking in to order. I stood there for 5 minutes with workers walking... by and ignoring me. When I finally asked if I could order they acted as though they hadn't seen me. Very strange. She washelpful when finally taking my order, but man it was strange... Read more

Normally it's pretty good but the last couple of time the pizza didn't have enough topping an extra amount of sauce
The pizza I had gotten previously wasn't very good so I expressed my opinion about it to the manager and he replaced it with a... fresh hot n ready and crazy bread. Besides that the pizza is always fresh and delicious. Read more
