I pick up a lot of Door Dasher orders to deliver to Dash customers. Staff is friendly and fast!
Never had delivery from here only carry out. Food is decent but I've gotten the parmesan crusted papadia and it's never like the... picture. All they do is sprinkle parmesan cheese on it. Please someone who had it from another Papa John's let me know if theywere the same please. Read more
A little slow to get the food made but other than that they actually got my order correct on the first try. They weren't stingy... with the toppings either. Their parking lot is really small, the spaces are far from the building (which sucks when it'sraining) and you have to go in and do a funky turnaround to get back out. Read more
I called and placed my order at 7:14pm for Delivery as we were staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites. They said it would be... between 35/45min before it was delivered. After about an hour at 8:21pm I called and inquired about how much longer, the lady onthe other end was super short with me and said do you want to cancel because that's all we can do for you right now and wentonto say she's only 1 person and she's doing everything, taking calls, making the dough and cooking. We decided to just drive upthere to get our pizza rather than having it delivered. We arrived at 8:32pm and told them we were picking up and to not deliverit. There were 4 people working. 1 lady taking calls, 2 men making pizzas and 1 delivering. They hadn't even put our pizza inthe oven by the time we showed up. We ended up waiting there for another 40min and FINALLY got to eat around 930pm! I would notrecommend this Papa John's especially since a lot of the other reviews express this same very thing. Wytheville, VA location - We ordered online with a 34 minute estimate delivery time. After 1 hour we call and the girl who... answered had the giggles. She finally stopped laughing long enough to tell us our last pizza was coming out of the oven andit'd be delivered shortly. After another 45 minute wait, we call back and the girl says, "Haha, ya, we dropped your pizzason the floor so we had to make more." After a 2 hour wait, we just canceled our order. Best to call ANYWHERE else if you wantto actually get your order. Read more
We placed an online order at around 9:30 told us that it would only take 15 minutes. We arrive there and our food is not done... yet; they told us they messed up on one of our papadias so they had to remake it. They gave us no time limit on when it would bedone. We wait about 20 minutes and go back to check our food and they still haven?t finished. An hour later we still don?t haveour food and all they can tell us is they messed up on part of our order so they have to remake it. Multiple people that areafter us have gotten their food as soon as they walk in the door. We also asked and paid for extra dipping sauces even remindedthem before we left with our food an hour later and they didn?t give it to us. Worst place and worst service ever! Read more
