This wendys was great. We just stop thru on our way thru town and the inside was clean and the bathrooms were very clean. The... person at the counter was very friendly and even asked our little one if there was a certain color they wanted for their toy.The food was hot and the fries were very fresh. So very yummy!!! I also liked that the freestyle machine seemed to have all ofthe flavors and choices to choose from. Thank you very much for the great experience. Read more
Service very slow, staff, especially counter help, seem disinterested. All tables in dining area dirty. Update, did not include... a quarter of our order. Staff does not use proper food handling procedures. Read more

Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant. I don't normally make bad reviews as you can check my profile,... but this was awful and people need to be held accountable. Took over 15 minutes to order and Ordered 4 sandwiches and a cookieand the staff forgot the cookie and i had to wait 10 minutes to show the staff memeber my concern. After I walked out and was toeat my sandwich. They gave me someone else's order. Ordered a $12 sandwich and received a basic burger with cheese. Absolutelyterrible customer service to top it all off. KEEP DRIVING! This place is horrible! The employees don?t care about quality or customer service. They got our order wrong THREE... times then finally came out with burnt food! They acted very unprofessional when I asked for a new sandwich. The lady taking ourorder had no idea what she was doing and kept excusing herself that ?I?m new?. A well managed restaurant would have someonecoach her so she can learn how to be good at her job instead of continually letting her be thrown to the wolves and turning intoa nervous wreck.
