Reviews for McDonald's in Xenia, OH
So apparently McDonald's employees decide what time McDonald's opens now. Go there Sunday morning first it was 6am then I come... back at nearly 630 and they say there closed. So what time are you supposed to open? And to be honest why are they make 13-15dollars an hour. Service and prices were better when you paid them 7 dollars an hour. Definitely need to have better beef. I use to love there double quarter pounder with cheese, but the beef taste different and... it's not near as good as before. About the only thing I still like there is their breakfast. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would! Tonight we waited in line for 45 minutes. Not because the line was long but because the line... was not moving the first 30 minutes! We get home and the food was cold. One of the sandwiches didn?t even look like a sandwich!It looked like they threw all the ingredients into the box without actually making the sandwich. The girl that gave us the fooddidn?t even look at us while she was talking about family to another coworker. We had to interrupt her to even get a drinkcarrier. When the line started moving finally, you could hear all the cars starting their engines only to stop another 5 minutesat a time. Every time we started moving you could hear all the cars start their engines again. It was just chaotic and employeesdidn?t seem to care at all. Wanted the sauce on the side of our breakfast bagel. They charge 30 cents to put the sauce on the side. Its just ridiculous. ... It's the same amount. You get nickel and dime all the time now. Read more
Best McDonald's I've ever been to. Alexis was the drive thru employee that helped us and she was super nice. It was 12:45am and... it was fast and easy. Called me by my first name, she was super loud over the intercom so I could hear very clearly, and askedfor my mobile order number before I even got to the window. Need more McDonald's like this! This review is not in regards to a current order or experience. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. I have noticed... great improvement in the past 4 to 6 weeks regarding wait times and employee attitudes. I've been coming through half a dozentimes daily for Doordash for over 4 months now. There were times I waited over an hour in line and at least a half hour everytime. I have also given 1 star reviews. So, I only feel it's right to adjust my rating and give props for the hard work. Ofcourse things won't always be top notch, but hey...progress, not perfection! Right? Read more
Update: May25 2022 For being third in line at the drive through this evening, it took way too long. I ordered a Quarter Pounder... Deluxe with Cheese, no onions. I was charged for that, so it should have came with tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo but it did not.I came home with a regular Quarter Pounder. Again the wait at the drive thru line was excessive and unacceptable for the lighttraffic on a weeknight at 9pm; nor was not busy enough to justify errors in simple food orders. In the 'ketchup emergency' of2021, McDs gave me nearly four times the ketchup I needed (7 packs) for one order of fries ???? My no-salt fries didn't seem tobe salt-free either ???? Read more
