Place was busy And I have to say that most of the employees seemed to be working hard. However, there is no place to wait for... your food and limited seating. Second time picking up food from this location. First time my Sub was made incorrectly and my order was missing stuff. Stopped... in the other night and ordered in store, sub was messy and looked like it had fell apart while being made. I would consider thefood quality to be subpar for a Penn Station, definitely not worth the price I paid. Read more
This place never answers the phone they are horrible called 5 times no answer. Have to drive there to even place an order.... As someone who loves Penn Station. I can now warn anyone enough about not going to this location. I just waited 30 minutes past... my pick up time to get my food. Of which they lost part of the order and did not know how to look it up. And saw multiple peoplego back for wrong sandwiches or messed up orders. I?m sorry but this location should be avoided. This is actually also not afirst occurrence for this type issue at this location as well for myself. Go to the one in Kettering instead. Read more
I just watched the guy wipe sweat from his forehead, take somebody their food, tie his shoe, wipe his forehead again and then go... to grab my food. No gloves, which is a health code violation and didn't wash his hands at all. Penn Station is good, dysenteryis not. Read more

I am normally a big fan of this restaurant! They have fantastic food. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful.... Today I ordered my meal online and arrive to pick it up. I came in and they did not have my order. I was understanding andshowed them the charge on my phone. They said they could not give me my food because they did not receive the order throughtheir system. I nicely then ask for a refund. They said they would not refund me. But I was more than welcome to order anothermeal and pay for it. I showed them again the charge on my phone and said that I'd be fine not having the sandwich but if theycould please refund the money. I had a previous negative review, but I went back and unfortunately the place was worse. Owner: What this store needs is a new... manager who will take leadership and control and run the team like a well oiled machine. The employees clearly work hard! But asindividuals not as a team, and this place is so busy that with no direction and no control nothing will get done right. My foodwas undercooked because they were in such a hurry to get the orders out after a mix up, and so behind, that half the staff wasfrenzied. The employees were courteous and working hard, it is not on them. They also had a great attitude. But the lack ofleadership is evident, and without a captain this ship is sinking. Read more
