They got half of my order completely WRONG. Was supposed to be two super sonic double bacon cheeseburger?s and a Fritos chilli... cheese wrap. Got a breakfast burrito and no bacon, very little mayonnaise one little slice of tomato and practicality no lettuceon my burgers. So I suggest don?t go to Sonic after 8pm. Read more
This place use to be great and then the covid it and it went down hill like every other restaurant but unlike the other... restaurants it hasn't come back from it. I have previously ordered from here recently like 4 times in the past 3 weeks andeverytime it's been complete garbage the wait is terrible but I don't mind if I get hot food but I don't. I have ordered throughthe drive thru and doordash and each time the food taste like the green spoiled crusty crab burger in SpongeBob or I'm missingthings I thought the first time oh it happens they are probably low staffed it will be better next time but it's been worsedefinitely don't recommend until they get it together over there unless you want cold missing $40 food. If I could have left zero Stars I would. We just left the drive-thru and came back home, it's not a quick trip from Bowersville... to Xenis and back. Nothing about our order was right except for the tater tots and the cheese foot long coney. I ordered alimeade which was nothing but a Sprite zero we also ordered the chop House Burger and it was just a plain burger with cheese onit nothing that was supposed to be on it with the chop House came with it. We also ordered the bacon double cheeseburger and itwas nothing but a plain double cheeseburger. Never going back there again not worth the drive not worth the money and obviouslynot worth our time. I'm gonna be honest, my opinion of Sonic before this was pretty low. But eating here was pretty good. The burger and fries were... fresh and hot and it didn't take long for them to make it. My only complaint is that it took us a while for someone to answer usat the drive through. But otherwise, I enjoyed it. Read more
Busy Sonic, the kids that are employees there are hard-working and courteous. Long line at drive thru, but was fast. They... allowed me to change my order at the window and didn't fuss. The ginger ale/cranberry drink was very good. Only issue is howbusy the street gets when pulling out. Overall another good sonic experience. Read more
Sadly disappointed in the food we received from this location. I ordered a foot-long coney and received two (2) hot dogs in a... foot-long container. My husband ordered a double cheese burger with no onion and mustard as the only condiment; it was drownedin mayo, ketchup & mustard, and it had onions. The tater-tots were old and there was no ketchup packages included for them. Wealso ordered poppers, they were crispy but not hot. All the food was barely luke-warm, the buns were almost cool to the touch. Staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the Cherry Lime-aid was good. This was our first time to visit the State, andI'm guessing it's a thing for Ohio to serve luke-warm food, because this was the 2nd out of 3 restaurants we purchased food fromthat wasn't served hot.
