This UDF has been my go to place for the last 5 or so years for gas, milk and ice cream. Tonight when checking out the cleck did... not speak to me, was dressed warm( because it is cold inside) but looked and acted like she was a thug and guilty of something.I had to look at the cc kiosk to find out how much my bill was. I commented how she was dressed for the cold making light ofthe temperature inside. Said nothing. She mumbled my change and then ignored. I would rather stand in line a little longer andnot deal with the rudeness. Read more

The employees are always nice and greet you when you walk in the store. They make some of the best milkshakes.
Hailey is an awful mean woman, and the customer service is so wretched I thought I had landed in some kind of war zone rather... than an ice cream/convenience store! Some of the worst treatment I?ve ever received from a clerk in my life! Avoid this lousyplace if at all possible. Read more
If only NO star was an option (hint to the masters of the review setup) this would be zero,, would LOVE negatives! You can... "like" or "dislike" any other thing on any other site but review, 1 star MINIMUM, as if to say, guess I might, maybe go back,when in reality, I would NEVER so much as hint to refer this place to my ex-wife/baby mama if I was rich I'd put a hit out onyou, kind of person.. I have NEVER posted a picture related to a review, take my word or go play roulette for yourself. I had tonow, wish I had made it to my wife & children in time for pictures of theirs. ONE difference! Whipped cream somehow in 13 yearsof marriage, my wife thought I would eat and well, NO! Their ice cream, chocolate, cherry situation, on point BUT, UDFapparently HEATS their whipped cream. Whipped cream again, only difference between theirs and, well, mine which was MILK not icecream, cherries and chocolate. So, again, play roulette should you choose but, stay away from what appears to be scolding hotWhipped cream because you will end with chocolate and cherries FLOATING in a tub of MILK. SO, I get to have slightly chocolateflavored milk from a plastic cup while attempting to use my other hand to somehow get some equal ration of chocolate & cherry.Disgraceful. Close down. Make room for a Dippin Dots or something. I don't do on quests to find sundaes, couldn't possibly careless but, if your business wishes to CLAIM it as part of your Allure, don't make things my 15 pound Jack Russell probably couldhave done better let alone if my children were still 5 and showed better. Need gas for your car or stale chips, etc, bet, stopmy here, want something you expect, might as well go to Frisch's or even McDonald's and their machines are down, offline, 99% ofthe time. Pump was broken, so I have to pay inside. Card reader wasn't working, so I prepay $20. Go outside, fill up $18 and some change.... Go back inside. The sole employee is in the middle of making a milkshake, which was apparently a monumental task, so I leftwithout my change. I've been going down the street to any of the three other gas stations whose pumps read cards. Read more
I'm a manager at a food place so I understand customer service and this place has none of that. No matter who's working there... I'm never greeted when I walk in and they always make you feel like your a burden to them. INCLUDING THE MANAGERS. I went in toget shakes for my family tonight and the shakes weren't even filled three quarters of the way up. I've seen them weigh theshakes before and they did not do that tonight and when I mentioned it they got an attitude and said that they could put moremilk in the already very milky shakes. Place is trash got 15 in gas for the mower and they took 150.00 out of my account and said it's a normal thing and bank will... adjust in a couple days. Never will go back to this trash Read more
