This is the second time we have placed and online delivery and both times they called saying they don?t have enough staff or... drivers. The last time we came and got it and this time we wanted to be refunded which they did do but they couldn?t email areceipt at all. So we?re watching our bank account. They need more staff . Will not be coming back at all. This is absolutelyridiculous. They?re lucky I had to put a 1 star if I had to it would zero. Unhappy customer. Read more
I ordered the Detroit style pizza which itself taste nice it was freshly cooked. But the problem was I ask for extra cheese and... she said no there is no way possible... I of course expected to pay for it but had read reviews saying when you get it make sureto get extra cheese but noooo the lady would not let me do any extras or change anything at all I was very letdown this was theone on a state st yadkinville nc my hope is that it was a new employee who just did not know what she was doing? Very clean inside. Friendly wait staff was patient with me and my kids. They made my special request of lemon pepper buffalo... wings and nailed it! Perfectly crunchy boneless wings ???? all the noms! Aaaand the pizza & bread sticks were as they should be- the best. Cause nobody out pizzas the hut ???? Read more
My husband and I ordered a large pizza, wings, cheese sticks, and salad bar. We received everything except the wings. After we... had finished eating, we still hadn't received the wings, so I told our waitress that we no longer wanted them, just our ticketand a to go box. She never brought the to go box, my husband had to get it. Instead, she was in the back, cussing me loudlyenough for the whole restaurant to hear. The food was good, however the service was awful. Just got delivery. All 4 pizzas were dry, very little sauce and meat. The sauce and meat was only in the middle of the pizzas.... Pretty disappointing. Read more
