Really inviting space with the coolest little reading room. The coffee is *really* good, and they even have gluten-free pastry... options. Highly highly recommend! Have stopped by twice and got a regular latte both times despite a variety of other flavorsbeing available, because the simple stuff really is that good— no need to dress it up. Upon a beautiful journey from Idaho to Seattle, my friends and I were in search of coffee. We did not expect much, but stumbled... upon Catalyst Coffee. Confused, we saw it was attached to a church, but inside, it was an exquisite surprise. Coffee fromthroughout the Pacific Northwest lined the shelves, and the friendly owner greeted us. She explained her story, told us abouther homemade syrups, and began to make our drinks. The space was beautiful, so warm and cozy - I wish I could have stayed for awhile!
