Fast drive thru, cheap prices! Food was similar to a gas station. Was like food had been under a heat lamp, for awhile.
1st...thing that turned me off was needing to use the restroom... You CAN NOT USE until you order food and pay for it. Spokane... and many other stores have locks on their bathroom doors so paying customers can use them...BUT...telling a customer you have toorder first??!! Not impressed with the customer service skills and the lack of them. 2nd...the employees parking up front ofstore...leaving 1 handicap stall. The silver Hyundai up front parked on handicap with no placard belongs to a employee. Hewalked out to his car while we were sitting in the restaurant. There were 4 employees parked right in front. We were the onlypeople in the store on Sunday morning 10/16/22. For being the only ones in the store and drive thru having no customers servicewas slow. The food was hot and I do appreciate that. I do not recommend this jack in the box bad service, over charge, my order wasn't right, food was cold. Oil needs to be changed.
They had a girl who gave my order to someone else and that someone else touched all my food and took it and then the girl kept... coming up to us and trying to give us a different order we politely said it wasn't my order then i went inside and they didn'twant to give my money back it was 61$and something cents and they also wanted me to wait more minutes for them to make it andthey probably would have spat on my food Read more

I love Jack. I've been getting the number 10 for years now. It's always so good. I get the meal so I can have my curly fries.... And an oreo shake for my drink. This store did it good. I'm happy. Read more
