I am not Vegan, just trying to eat better and be healthy. I needed some help with some breakfast and lunch meals during the week... while at work. Everything I have had is full of flavor and quality. I have tried other meal prep places and this place is thebest overall. Order and pick up is easy and staff is wonderful. I tried to give this place a try or chance at least but then my experience was unfortunate. This LocalBeat up place looks clean,... smells clean and all of the above aesthetically. Things may look good but I'm not about looks, I'm about quality, honor,accountability and great customer service which this LocalBeat up place lacks in my own experience and opinion. This place ispretty weak as well as wack in a major way when compared to establishments that are in the same category where I come from inLos Angeles. I'm just keeping this ???? This food is phenomenal!! It?s really hard to find dairy free and meat free food in this valley without having to rearrange the... entire menu. I had a great experience with local beet. I emailed a question about the menu, and got a very professional and polite response... almost immediately (outside business hours). The ordering experience was totally seamless, I was able to use Google checkoutwith my stored credit card. Easy. After ordering, I got an email with super simple pickup instructions. Pickup was a breeze.The space was easy to find, and the inside is really beautiful. Allie greeted me with a big smile and I had the goods in secondsflat. 0 friction. I ordered the pesto pasta, and Thai lettuce wraps. Oh my gawd they were good, y?all. The pasta had flavor onflavor, perfectly balanced in every bite. The Thai wraps were amazing on their own but the sauce (tahini + chili?) made themirresistible. Portions were the right size, and I felt as satisfied as I do when I eat meat.
