I simply don't understand how hard it could be to make a sandwich. I asked for an egg McMuffin with no meat and a fold egg.... Thinking that it couldn't be possible to screw up something this simple, I collected my order and left. Then, after I was twentyminutes away, I opened the bag to find that the sandwich was 100% wrong. I mean, if the work at McDonald's is too much for you,you've no hope in life. Shame. Read more
McDonald's is always the "go to" place when you are hungry and looking for consistency. The service is almost always pleasant,... and the orders are almost always accurate. The food is consistent, and satisfying. If I have anything negative to add, is thatthe French fries are almost always way over salted, for my taste. Read more
They will have you move forward to wait for your order and forget about you as dozens of others are served. Exclusively at this... McDonald's it has happened 3 times. Never has this happened to me at any other McDonald's in town. Read more
When I was ordering, I specifically asked if a certain item was available. I was told it was. I paid for the order. At pickup... window, I by was finally told it was not. Wanted to substitute a very dissimilar item. When I said no, they seemed surprised. Had me pull up to get the refund. Took almost 5 minutes to finally get the refund. Read more
Made my coffee perfect ????extra caramel drizzle with 2 espresso shots. We always get good customer service at this location and... they are always quick to fix mistakes without making an issue about it like at the mcdonalds on lincoln. Drive thru is alsoalways fast considering the location. Will definitely keep prioritizing this location ???????????????????????? Read more
I visited a McDonald's in Yakima, WA yesterday afternoon. Parking was a breeze. Their landscaping, immediate exterior and... interior of the restaurant were well taken care. I was also acknowledged and greeted right away. Prior to placing the order, Iasked if they had decaf ready. The team member checked and said they did. After placing and paying for the order, I asked to usethe restroom; it's kept locked. It was clean, operational and well stocked. Upon returning to the dining room, I was surprisedmy order was not ready. Within two minutes, the team member informed me they were brewing some fresh decaf. Under normalcircumstances, that would be awesome. However currently, any wait is related to exposure to highly undesirable situations. Ibecame leery. Luckily for me, I left without incident. First we had trouble with the McDonald?s app, but I can?t blame them for that, the app claimed that some of the items were not... available, which was all of our order and we ordered breakfast. So my mother had to go inside the place to say there was aproblem. According to her, they were still serving breakfast (again it must have been the app) she then spoke with some peopleand they said they were gonna make it. When we get home, all the sandwiches besides 1 were with ham, even though they weresupposed to be all sausage. And then 2 of the sandwiches were burnt on the sides. Read more
In the drive thru if they ask you to pull forward for the rest of your order just cancel it. They?ll forget about your order as... others get theirs. You?re guaranteed to wait 30min after ordering Drive Thru IF they didn?t forget about you. Read more
