I agree with the customer service not being all that great but i went there tonight and on my receipt the name says Malara, but... she was so nice and polite, fast customer service but I didn?t feel rushed. Let me know my extra charge on my items I purchasedand asked if I needed sauce or utensils. And made sure I got those items as well. She did awesome! Thank you for a fast andfriendly service Malara! I've been here on two occasions and they were at the bottom of their Black Pepper Angus steak. Both times at this location they... told me they "could" make more but it would take 10minutes. The service was slow and unenthusiastic. Nothing special about $12price, but food was decent. They just need to do something about the employees at this location. Valley Mall does way better,but is a lot busier. Wish this store were better managed, because it would be a good choice for a meal when headed to Walmart. Read more

We?ve had wrong orders just about EVERY TIME we?ve tried to stop by this location. Tonight, we went and ordered dinner thru the... drive through because we got a coupon in the mail. They repeated my order and I made sure to request the fortune cookies becausethey have forgotten them the last two times. I checked the bag to make sure the cookies were there, and although we ordered twoBOWLS they were in two boxes so I couldn?t see what was in them. There were enough cars behind me that I gave the store thebenefit of the doubt. We got home and our two bowl orders were wrong. We called and the store manager apologized and said shewould leave replacements at the front so my husband could pick them up. (I?m 6m pregnant and was not going to drive back again.)When my husband arrived they tried to give him a small side of the entrees they had messed up. He was told that he should havebrought back both of the incorrect meals and that they can?t just give him free meals and that they always repeat back theorders- my receipt he had showed what we ordered, and what we had received was NOT that. The manager NEVER said to bring backthe incorrect orders. My husband had taken one of the boxes just to prove it was wrong and had left the other one at home. Theyargued with him as I listened on speaker phone, and told him ?the next time this happens just bring it back without taking anybites?. He took a bite to see if it would be decent enough to just keep it and not have to go through the trouble of complainingand taking it back! The fact that the manager even assumed it would happen again was absolutely ridiculous. Without better staffand management I would not recommend visiting this location at all! Read more

This panda is worse than the one on 1st ave. Employees are rude and they give you smaller portions. Their dining room is always... dirty and almost all the tables are wobbly! There sweet fire chicken is pink a lot of the time which is unusual. Horrible driedout rice and chow mien. Employees are ridiculously rude!!! Read more

At 4:30pm on a Friday you would think a fast food franchise would have menu items ready. We had to wait 14 minutes. We were 1st... of 4 cars that were told to wait. Instead of getting our 2 plate order out to us first, they waited until all 4 orders wereready to bring out together. Will not be going back. Read more

Very rude about mask request. If you?re going to suggest and offer patrons to wear a mask, don?t leave them exposed to an... unsterile environment where everyone and their mother can touch, cough, and sneeze on them. This is disgusting and not how maskswork. Food was fair, skimpy on the chicken though. Noodles were not as tasty as I?ve had at other Panda franchises. My tablewasn?t clean but the manager seemed too busy rolling her eyes at everyone that I didn?t bother to ask to have it wiped down. Tooworried about my mask but not worried enough about customer?s eating surface; also where bacteria live and grow, not just onexposed masks. I gave two stars because everyone disregards one star reviews. Three stars would?ve been awarded if the countertops had been cleaner. I personally may not return to this restaurant, simply because I drive a truck, unless it is to see ifconditions have improved. All in all, this restaurant did not have a happy atmosphere. Getting worse and worse.. Travel the distance and go to the 1st ave Panda Express.. I ordered teriyaki chicken... It had boiled... skin on it.. No sauce.. I ordered mushroom chicken.. Greasy.. I ordered 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 greens... I do not need to saymore... As you can see from the pics.. ???????????? It is sad to say this was not the first time but definitely worse.. Icouldn't even save it. It is a restaurant that my son loves and have gone there many times and it has been hit and miss forthis one.. The first street restaurant has been way better on the service and food. Read more
