Not sure if it?s new staff there but my drinks are never consistent anymore and if you order a hot drink at the least a fourth... of your drink will be foam . The manager is super nice if he?s still even there , only reason I gave them 3 stars . Read more
Very rude.. Talk to the lady in front of me in the drive thru for 10 minutes? Some of us have to get to work!! Also I asked her... if she could dispose of a Starbucks cup I had fromYesterday and was looked at like I had the Virus...And told NO which makes nosense you just took my money that could have germs!?!? Well, I used to be a coffee drinker but my doctor put me on lesser caffien because of my high blood pressure. My daughter took... me to Starbucks to get us a drink. I told her I'm on a caffien diet... so she bought me a decaffeinated Americano. I didn'tthink there was such a thing as a decaf coffee at Starbucks. I'm glad we did this. Now I'm sold to Starbucks. It was a deliciousdrink for being decaffeinated Americano. Read more
Friendly staff, decent prices. They forgot to put whipped cream on my mocha so needless to say I don't really care, they saved... me some calories. I ordered a peppermint mocha and it was a little heavy on the chocolate but it was still nice. Read more
This Starbucks is inside the Safeway 2 blocks east of the brand new Starbucks store at 5909 Summitview. Because of proximity to... new store this Starbucks offers some nice features which are not in high demand. The line to order is short usually if there isa wait it is only one customer ahead of you. There are 3 or 4 soft chairs and 5 or so tables with chairs seating has always beenavailable every time I visit this location. Another plus is that you can buy items at Safeway and combine them for a meal withyour favorite coffee beverage without getting anyone upset about the non Starbucks purchases being consumed at the tables. The coffee here is good; however, I cant say the same about their hygiene. All tables were dirty. If that is what is visible to... the consumers, I can't imagine how dirty it is where the drinks are prepared. Read more
