Our gal made out sandwiches like she assumed we would order them and when we said oh we don't want that she scraped it back off... the sandwich into the bins. Had to stop in the middle of the order to tell her friends what drink to order for her. Absolutelyfilthy location, we were here at the locations opening hour. After our order she went into the back slamming stuff and shoutingobscenities. Read more
Just before 6pm and they close the lobby and I ask what time do you close? Her response 8pm. Why close the lobby. Then no good... customer service. I won't be going back. Read more

Rude employees, had to walk out right in the middle of one of the employee making my sandwiches because it was such a big deal... asking for what I wanted in my sandwich. Used to work at Subway years ago and I had to ask the customers what they wanted ontheir subs, but this place doesn't do that and it's a big deal that I asked for some tomatoes, really?? There was no "Hi" or"Welcome to Subway, what can I get for you?" Or anything as I walked in here. Not good. Sandwiches are poorly made, much less meat than other Subway stores, no decaf coffee, want thirty cents for a cup of... water and charge extra for some of the items under the glass. Go to different Subway. This is bad one. One star is beinggenerous. Read more
The crew members are awesome when it comes to customer service, but the manager Kirstan on the the other hand is not only... unprofessional but fowl mouthed and lazy. Everytime I am in there shes is doing nothing talking to the friends she has on theWalmart staff. This time she was leaning over the counter chatting with her friend while ignoring the fact that there was linestarting to form behind me and her only employee was helping me. After a minute or two the lady behind me got so aggravated thatshe asked the employee "Can your coworker(the manager) make sandwiches too or does she just chit-chat all day?" The employeeawkwardly replied "Sometimes she makes them... shes actually my manager...". After her friend left the manager finally decidedto get back to her job and help get the line down. I left the employee a good tip for working so hard but I doubt I will return. Read more
