I don't know how McDonald's draws more business than A&W. It must be prices? But you definitely get what you pay for. It's not... the cheapest, nor the fastest. Yale A&W (Specifically) is definitely worth the extra few dollars and the wait. They do it right.Well, except that they don't have a drive thru. They desperately need a drive thru. That said, they do still have the classicintercom menus, which nicely adds to a nostalgic atmosphere. They just get full. Sometimes they get so full there's a half hourwait.
