OMG what a horrible experience. I could tell the moment she stepped out from the back that she's a miserable person. She stopped... to wash her hands, doesn't greet me and just and what I want. I order a large pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushroomson half. Come back in, retrieve my pizza ($11.96). Get home, disgusting. Half the pizza had cheese very well done (and notExtra, as ordered), BUT the other half, uncooked mushrooms and cheese thrown on top. So, she obviously took an already donepizza, threw mushrooms and a little cheese on it, back in the oven. Or she forgot the extra cheese and mushrooms, added it andthe it back in. Whichever one, she did it. Thought I'd surprise my daughter with a nice fresh hot pizza after school. Wrongagain. People just don't care. That lady needs an attitude check along with maybe giving two craps about what she serves. Pride.Pride in yourself and what you do! She's lucky I'm not posting her name here, and I haven't called the manager yet due to a busyweek, but I will be calling and demanding a replacement along with my money back. Because they are not getting away with justgiving me what I ordered. My money back is for the aggrevation and maybe teach them it's not okay to not care. Read more

The pizza is ALWAYS great. but certain employees need an attitude check & to be trained on how to act kind & professional. the... lady (maybe early 40?s) with long light brown/grayish hair was SO unnecessarily rude just now. I tried entering my code at thekiosk & it didn?t work (never does for some reason), so she huffed & shook her head while rolling her eyes like I was such abother to her, simply for saying the kiosk didn?t work & i was picking up. They were busy, but that?s absolutely NO EXCUSE toroll your eyes & shake your head at a customer who needs help. Especially since I was being polite & patiently waiting my turn.She?s been rude like this before, but I never said anything until now. Do better with your employees Yale Little Caesars! Read more

When ordering my food, the younger blonde told me it would take approximately 5-10 minutes. Which is totally understandable.... However, I waited inside for approximately 35 minutes and after ringing up the next customer, she grabbed my food out of thewarmer and then stated she forgot about it. One pizza was made all wrong, They forgot the pizza sauce and part of order was not given during pickup.

Give your employees air conditioning. Ridiculous that they're suffering back in the hot kitchen and can't even open a... window. The pizza is good thanks to them. Read more

The older lady with long brown hair and glasses is always super rude. I have come in multiple times over the last few months and... when she is there she seems super annoyed that I?m ordering. Very short with people and very unhelpful. I have given hermultiple days thinking she was having a bad day and that?s why she was so rude. There manager lady with the glasses is so incompetent. She can never make a pizza well done even when I ask to send it through... twice. And tell her to not worry about burning it. She clearly takes no pride in her job and could care less about customersatisfaction. Read more
