Accurate, not a long Waite and went above and beyond to make sure I was accurately charged and meal was correct.
Excellent service and my order was correct. The are outside and inside was clean. The drink area was stocked and clean.I was... impressed with the young lady taking my order. She was polite and repeated my order to me.I have stopped here before severaltimes before while traveling to North Carolina.This visit was worth this review because of the professional and welcoming way Iwas treated and my order was spot on. I order my burger a certain way and I have gotten it done completely wrong.The Manager wasin the middle of everything giving directions. She is a good Manager. My The staff was a well run group. Always busy!!! So it gets slow at times, their Sweet Tea is not Southern Sweet Tea Sadly but otherwise, the food is good, fresh,... (due to always being busy I believe) and the staff is kind. Prices for coffee, shakes, and Tea is crazy high and just not worthit. However, on RARE OCCASIONS, you might get someone that makes a great drink. Read more
Why do they tell you that the staff will bring the food to your table when they don't? Look, I don't want to work at McDonald's... either but since you're there, why not make decent service a habit and walk it the 25 feet to my table? Who knows... Providinggood service might become a habit that serves you well throughout your life... Just like providing the poor service that you didgive will not be a good habit. Sorry to interrupt your gab session. I'll drive to either the Hardee's or Bojangles across thelot next time, maybe their staff is actually trying to earn their pay. I could go on. It's pointless. Food was hot and all the workers have great customer service! They didn't have napkins and ketchup out for customers to get... themselves, but the workers were amazing about making sure we had everything and as much as we needed. I'm very impressed withthis establishment. Read more
