Went through drive through. Food took a very long time to come out. My burger and fries were only luke warm and my husband was... missing his cheese curds. Had to turn around to get missing item. Figured they were short staffed, but was not the case. There had to have been 10 to 12 people behind the counter. They all looked very disorganized. It looked like only one or twowere really working. Always a friendly environment but recently had chicken that was still cold and pink. Shakes are amazing though.
I had a to go order for a family of 4, probably around $40. I took a quick look in the bag, 4 sandwiches, fries in the bag. Get... back 20 minutes away and an order of cheese curds is missing. I don't have to tell you how frustrating that is. We've all beenthere. So I go back later with my receipt and the young lady doesn't apologize. Doesn't seem to feel the need to make it right.She begrudgingly gives me my order of cheese curds while mentioning "People do this all the time to get free food". Was pretty busy at noon time when we arrived, orders were taken in timely fashion, but had to wait super extra long for our... food for some reason. Dined in. Ordered Beef Pot Roast Sandwich. It was bad. Had very little meat on a soaked bottom bun. Meat was dry and burnt. ... Returned sandwich and asked for something else. Got a hamburger that was just as bad. Meat was so thin, the outer portion wasburnt to a crisp. Didn't want to keep other person with me waiting so just left. Will never eat here again. Read more
