Cramers made an absolutely beautiful cake for our summer party! It was not only decorated beautifully but it was also... scrumptious. A moist vanilla cake with dense chocolate mousse in between the layers. Our guests raved that it was not onlyvisually pleasing but also very pleasing to the taste buds! My go-to bakery. The presentation is always beautiful and the cakes/cupcakes are always delicious. When I call, the employees... always take the time to talk and ask questions to ensure I get what I need/want. Very helpful. When I hang up, I don't have toworry about it because it always turns out wonderfully. The first time I ordered was for my daughter's 1st birthday, astrawberry shortcake. My wife and I ordered our wedding cake in 2019 and we?re very happy with it. Recently stopped in with the family, noticed that... the quality is not the same. The cupcakes tasted at least two days old and when we spoke to one of the young ladies there shereally wasn?t helpful at all. We would definitely encourage them to hire people that know the business instead of teenagers thatlook confused when you ask them questions. The pastries and cheesecake looked dry and old. We also noticed flies as soon as wewalked in. We hope this information may be useful an encourage change. Read more
