I paid $7 for the smallest order (both in size and in amount) of vegan mozzarella sticks I have ever seen. They were not worth... it at allllll. I also ordered a vegan Stromboli which was okay, but not at all what I was expecting. They have different typesof vegan meats on their menu, so I was expecting my Stromboli to have something in it? it was literally just dough and cheese.No vegan meat, no sauce (nor was there sauce on the side).. just cheese lol Their menu doesn?t explain what comes in theirStromboli?s, so I guess that?s just how they make them. I randomly discovered this place on Google and my oh my it?s AMAZING!!! I?m vegan and I?m so surprised that this place has such... an extensive vegan menu, I be never seen anything like that before!!! The customer service was pretty good and they were fastwith the pizza! I ordered a vegan calzone with vegan ricotta and vegan sausage? this was the best vegan calzone I ever had!!! Ialso ordered the vegan mighty veggie pizza and it was very good as well! It?s great pizza, and well done(the way all pizza should be). Good undercarriage and ingredients. My only complaint is that I... wish the crust was fluffier. I understand this isn?t neopolitan style, but the crust is very dense for my liking. I wishEliyahu?s much success! Their owner is a nice guy and has a passion for pizza, it?s deserved. After waiting months, we finally made it to Eliyahu's! We started with the basics, and ordered a large plain pizza. The folks... working behind the counter couldn't have been friendlier!! Due to the fact that the dining room is not currently open, we atethe pizza while it was still hot, near our car in the parking lot behind the pizza shop (it's a 40 min drive home). The pizzawas crisp, which I enjoyed. But the sauce and cheese were rather bland. There really was no significant taste that stood out. Iwas a bit disappointed... We plan on giving Eliyahu's another shot once the dining room opens. I'd like to try the Brooklyn Pie,which looks promising. (I will update my review accordingly.) Read more
Tried a plain pizza. They know well done is the best way to make pizza. The crispiness is the best. I was a little disappointed... in the veganism. We want the beef! When the bar down the street has duck pizza, you gotta bring your A game. Don't want fake soymeat. Got mozzarella cheese fries and they were really good. Had a nice deep fried flavor and the cheese was really good. Wishthey would open a dining area too. Read more
My favorite pizza place! The vegan options and ingredients are the best in 50 miles when it comes to pizza. I swing over from... NJ when I?m craving something. Jeff makes a great Stromboli or Calzone. They have vegan pepperoni and sausage, as well asseveral kinds of vegan cheese. Delish!! Read more
