Can’t say enough about this place. First, the restaurant is located in a beautiful part of PA. Yardley. 2nd the head chef... Robert is truly an artist. We felt like we were home in regards to the hospitality. Love this place and I’ll be back soon. Ohby the way, the food is out of this world. ???????? Read more

We hosted our daughter's bridal shower at the Yardley Inn recently. Planned it over the phone, Sue, the party manager was... delightful, we had a waiter and waitress that couldn't of done any more for us than they did. We made a few changes to the menuand the food was outstanding and plentiful!! They packed up all the leftovers for us to take home...they gave us lots of timebeforehand to decorate, lots of party time .....never rushed us....honestly, for a very fair price they made the entireexperience wonderful and I would definitely highly recommend hosting any size gathering there. Visited the establishment this past Sunday for the first time. We arrived a few minutes before our reservations and we were... still seated. It wasn't that crowded (around 7:30p) so that was great when it came to having a conversation. Food: The food wastasty. My salad was a bit too saturated with the dressing but overall I enjoyed it. My partner had the crab ravioli which wasdelicious and filling. Service: Our waitress, Angelina was great. She made sure to check on us to see if anything wasneeded. Overall, I will definitely return to The Yardley Inn. Thanks for a great (and quiet) meal. Read more

What a lovely place. The service was excellent, and the food delicious. We ordered the shrimp cocktail (they serve it by the... amount of shrimp you want), with 4 very large shrimp. I had the lemon chicken which was very well made, and my friend had asalad. It was nice, not the best. For dessert we both had their crème brûlée. Very good. Creamy, rich and a pure delight.I’ll definitely be going there again The reason for 4 stars (wish I could give 4 1/2, though) as opposed to 5 is that thesalad wasn’t great and the place was a little dark inside even at midday Read more

Came for dinner on a Friday night. Was able to get a reservation and change it easily during the day. Beautiful location and... nice river views. Husband had crab bisque to start - expected a creamy crab soup but it was a lighter red and spicy. I had thefilet for dinner and husband had a salad with shrimp. The wine offering is very limited and just okay. Service was quick andvery friendly. Read more

Great place and location. Great appetizers. Friendly and attentive staff. I just wished the tacos that I ordered had more... flavor in them. The "crispy" pork lacked the crispiness I was anticipating. The salsa on the side, I hate to say this, was morelike tomato paste that came out of a can. The chips and guacamole were bland and uninspired. The true savior, for me, was reallythat 3-tier appetizer. The fried brussels sprouts had the flavor my tacos were missing. The bruschetta and cheese (either goudaor feta) had that crunch I was looking. And the deviled eggs just made everything heavenly. Read more

The Yardley Inn Restaurant and Barr was an excellent dining experience. The view of the Delaware River was a nice touch and... should be requested. The seeded, cracker-like bread served before the dinner was original and a refreshing deviation from theusual slices bread (although that was served as well). The Asian wings -- served as an 8-piece appetizer -- were very flavorfuland very plump. The shaved ribeye cheese steak was absolutely phenomenal: the meat was extremely tender and every bite loadedwith cheese. The bun was very fresh. The plate came with a generous side of fresh-cut fries. The Thai Chicken Burger was alsodelightful. The chicken was a tad dry, but one would hardly notice, as the delicious sriracha mayo more than compensated forit. It would be nice to return, as my party was only in the mood for hot sandwiches and finger food. It would be interesting totry the other entrees, such as the filet mignon and pork chops. Read more

We pass this Inn on the way to my parents frequently and decided to try it out for lunch. My husband had the Caesar Salad and I... tried the Hummus. Both were very good. Atmosphere was very nice. The weather was still nice out and they do have outdoordining, but we decided to go inside. It was quite busy at 2PM in the afternoon during the week. Only seating available wasnear the bar at a table. Staff was friendly and service was excellent. Read more
