Completely messed up my Mobile order. The tags they printed matched my order but clearly this morning's crew couldn't be... bothered to read. Not the first time with this location but certainly the worst. I ordered: a 3-piece plain glazed munchin, alarge hot coffee with cream & non-sugar vanilla, a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese, a bacon-topped avocado toast,a medium dragonfruit refresher & a medium caramel swirl iced coffee with cold foam & splenda. What I received was: a 3-pieceplain glazed munchin, a SMALL hot coffee with cream & non-sugar vanilla, a PLAIN bagel with plain cream cheese, a PLAIN avocadotoast, a medium dragonfruit refresher & a medium caramel swirl iced coffee with cold foam & splenda. I caught the lack of baconwhile I was there still but not the hot coffee or bagel. Unacceptable! come here often before work. the line moves quick even when they are busy! the couple times my order has been inaccurate they... have been apologetic and quick to fix. thanks for your hard work! Read more
This Dunkin has horrible service as I was met by the wicked witch behind the counter who had not one bit of patience or... understanding. I will never come to this trash location that besmirches the good Dunkin name again. Read more
I admit I didn't go in for donuts, didn't even get one. I got coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It was good, people were tired... but nice. Might go again if I'm out that way. Read more
No walk up service. Drive though only. I got severely burned because the server did not properly secure the lid of the coffee... cup when I took the coffee from the drive through window it spilled all over my lap. Be very careful when you get anything fromthis location. They are under staffed and not organized for safe efficient service. ???????????? Don't expect a smile, don'texpect courtesy. The staff seems completely overwhelmed. Go somewhere else. Especially if you are trying to get to work ontime. I still have blisters from the coffee burn from four days ago. Read more
