I found this spot for lunch and wanted to try it. I called in my order of the shrimp wrap. When I arrived I parked in the plaza... lot. I walked and was greeted and my food was ready. I paid and left. When I dug in the wrap was tasty and filling. I had a goodexperience. Read more
Place was very friendly, clean, and pleasant decor. Food was very good and fresh made. Enjoyed the crab fries, Big John, steak... Balboa, beef and cheddar, shrimp wrap and Mac n cheese. Staff gave my kids fortune teller fish and unicorns, they were tickledpink. You can tell these workers really care about their job and service. An unexpected but welcomed find on our trip home. I found this really quick on the map search looking for something to eat on the road, and chose it mostly because the menu... looked very agreeable and the reviews seemed generally positive, and wasn?t expecting it to be such a gem for food! My BajaShrimp Wrap was delicious and packed with crispy shrimp. I loved the tangy boom sauce. At $11, this was a great value for thesize and amount of shrimp in the wrap. Fries or chips are included, but I asked if I could sub one of the other sides and theywere able to give my broccoli at a small upcharge. Broccoli were cooked well. When we ordered, I saw the desserts in the caseand thought they looked good, so I also got a slice of Red Velvet Cake and had a taste of the Cheesecake. Both were as good asthey looked. The red velvet had a nice spongy texture and bright taste, and the cheesecake was super creamy. Both were prettysweet - I think any more would?ve been too much for my taste, but as it was, I liked them. When dining in, you can seatyourself, order at the counter and they?ll bring the food to you. The seating area has sort of a small-town diner aesthetic, butis clean and neatly laid-out. What an awesome place tucked away in the shopping center. A very diverse menu with some intriguing daily specials. They put a... unique spin on a favorite of mine and made it a memorable dish. I ordered the White Cheese Penne BBQ Chicken. They spiced it upand it had hints of sweet and savory keeping it flavorful. Definitely recommend and will be coming back to try another uniquedish! First time here and we wanted to try one of everything because the menu just spoke to us! We ended up trying the crabby fries,... cheesesteak fries, mac n cheese, and chocolate peanut butter cake. Everything was awesome, great flavors, masterfully prepared,and fair prices. Will be back! Read more
