The food took 20 minutes to get, it wasnt good, they didnt have any soft drinks, the food was gross, the service was horrible
Gone head and subtract that 1 star and make this a 0 ZERO! THEY GOT MY WHOLE ORDER WRONG. Asked for well done fries and they... gave me old fries... twice. And when I asked for fresh fries gave me the same fries in the same minute like I am slow... gave mea sprite knowing the machine was out bc they said it was out during the order, but changed it and said it was working... NOT!Asked for a dr. Pepper too ansdthey handed me a second sprite... and when I told them i had a dr. Pepper... folks gave me acoke... and the cookies was in a chicken sandwich bag! The customer service is horrible nearly every time I go there the people are rude or don?t get my simple order right! I just... left the drive thru I waited 5 min and no one greeted me or took my order! Read more
Update: it?s still bad, extremely long waiting times even inside. Management is still bad, store is dirty and the staff is rude.... McDonald?s need a whole new crew in this store. Terrible management, unbearably slow lines, and terrible customer service. Idon?t expect much from fast food places let alone McDonald?s but, This McDonald?s either needs new management or a new crew. Ican?t even get my order out without y?all saying ?is that all?, it?s so rude, all you have to do is be patient. Incompetent management. Technonogy never works. Incredibly long waits for simple orders. Drinks taste like hot garbage. They... think they can get away with it due to lack of competition but I will not be dining here ever again. I?m sick of it. Also nofree wifi. Read more
The second worst McDonalds I?ve ever been to. If you don?t have hot mustard, tell your customer. Don?t just assume they won?t... know the difference between that and honey mustard. My fish sandwich was the tiniest square of fish. I can?t even eat it becauseI don?t have mustard and do not want a dry sandwich. Had I known they didn?t have hot mustard, I would have ordered somethingcompletely different. Also, 4 of us ordered fries. They were barely warm, and NO SALT at all. It was gross. I live in Oklahoma I am traveling to Mobile, Alabama to watch my daughter graduate. I stopped at this McDonald?s here in Yazoo,... Mississippi and went to the drive thru window. I ordered a large vanilla ice coffee which I stop and drink several a day. Theservice was prompt taking my order pulled to first window and paid, very nice girl. Pulled up to second window to get my coffee.The young girl handed it out window and it wasn?t stirred without a straw. She shut window and was four employees at windowtalking to each other not paying attention my husband knocked on window twice and finally got her attention told her we needed astraw so she handed us a straw never said a word didn?t even look at us just closed the window. Very rude and not friendly atall. I stirred the coffee myself and coffee was ok but the service was not very good. Need a manager to oversee these young kidsand teach them to use their manners!!
