I always love the people and atmosphere at our Starbucks.

Reason why I'm giving this a three star is because the service here wasn't that great, 2nd reason was when I ordered four drinks... while in drive thru, I was charged twice. And also some of the employees are really awesome and I made some good friends there?? and also they close early which is very sad when I wanna get my favorite drinks from there and then closing at such a earlytime. Inconsistent service. The first time was on the evening of Saturday May 14th, about thirty minutes before closing. Polite and... fast. The afternoon of Saturday May 15 was a 10 minute wait. I counted three people who ordered after me and got theirs - Iwaited some more then finally I asked for my coffee again. In a panic, they quickly served something and yelled in my face,FRANCIS!! I was wondering when ?Yellowknife standards? would start appearing at this long-awaited shop. After several ?cold... coffee/latte? experiences at the drive through, I decided to return my cold coffee - only to be lectured at length at the windowthat it was my fault because I wanted extra cream.
