Needs better customer service. No greeting, no smile, the ladies tonight (Dec 3, 2020 around 6:30pm) seemed put out by having to... attend to customers. This is not the first time I've experienced this attitude at this location. I even had to ask to have themeat heated up before being put on the sub, which is normal for a non-toasted Steak & Cheese. Very bad service. I went there and ordered subway and asked her to make it toasted please and she replied that we don?t do... subway toasted and I replied her this is not the first time I came here to subway then she arrogantly took the subway and madeit grilled and threw the subway on the table which is very rude and I would suggest that please avoid going to downtown subwayvery rude and arrogant girl working in evening shift at downtown subway. There?s my worst subway in my life. Specially the employees both are not trained and DO NOT know how to deal with customers.... I?ve been never heard about can?t refill the beverage. Their attitude to customers was soo rude af. I asked them their name butthey ignored and just said like ?The cookies you ordered were uncharged?. I wasn?t expected that answer. Store was clean, beat the lunch rush at 11:30. Got really busy by noon on a Tuesday so get there early. Staff was friendly and... the food was good. Read more

During the week the people who make the sandwiches are amazing. But during the weekend, there is one woman working that gives me... the stink eye every time I ask for more spinach on my VEGGIE wrap. I don?t even get cheese on it. I ask for extra spinach andit?s as if there is a spinach shortage in Yellowknife and this woman has been held responsible to protect the spinach populationwhich is going extinct. No bueno. Read more
