Poor service at Flippin, Arkansas location. Called back to the store and asked for the manager and a fellow named David said he... was the manager. I asked why they didn't give me the condiments I ordered on the online app and he proceeded to tell me thatthey gave me enough. Smart aleck remark means I won't be back to your Location. Pretty good for being the only fast food in town. They can get super busy at times so sometimes might have to wait a few more... minutes, but they will still get your food out fast. Read more
I ordered a junior Deluxe with cheese no pickles and no ketchup. What I got was hey Junior Deluxe with cheese pickles, ketchup,... and it was cold. I wasn't parked in one installed I was in the Drive-Thru so it should have came out hot I would think. Read more
The burgers arent anything to be amazed by. They'll fill you up but you won't be drooling for them. Also the pricing is a bit... high. It's annoying when you pay almost $40 to feed your family burgers that fuse to the wrappers. Their ice cream and staff arethe redeeming qualities. The servers always have a smile. And the ice cream is delicious and has specials making it one of theonly cheap items on the menu. Read more
Ordered and drinks were brought out quickly. Well, half were, half our order was forgotten. Then when she brought it out she... dumped one of my shakes all over the inside of the car, driver's side door, and down my ac vent and just said "I'm sorry, butyou have napkins" and walked away leaving me with 4 napkins, half a shake and a car that now smells like rotten milk every timeI turn on my ac. This place tries, but they really need more or better people. The food is okay but orders are wrong very frequently. This isn't... surprising seeing as how most of the workers I've seen are probably around 19 years old.
