The gentleman working was taking out trash. He came in and was going to start making my sandwich until I asked him to wash his... hands. He did. I ordered a turkey sandwich with half as much turkey and double cheese. They never charge me for the extra cheesesince I only get half as much turkey. The lady charged me for double cheese. When I asked her about it, she rudely said, ?wecan?t change the price and you are already getting a deal because our register isn?t charging sales tax.? No, ma?am. The peoplegetting the deal are the ones who get the full amount of ingredients. She made it like I was trying to rip her off. The meatcosts more than the turkey. I won?t be returning to this Subway. We came in for 2 footlongs and 2 child?s sandwiches right before a big rush. The employee working the cash register(I didn?t... catch her name but she has lots of tats and purple streaks in her ponytail) seemed just agitated that we weren?t out of the wayquicker even though I can only move as fast as they provide my food. Worst order I have ever had from a Subway restaurant. I even ordered ahead AND CALLED. All 3 subs were well below par. The... deluxe sub had less tuna than the regular usually has! *UPDATE* Vicki called me and was extremely apologetic and professional.I'm astounded by their customer service. They've offered to remake our order to their standards. I'm eager to give them a secondchance and (hopefully) give them a much better review! Read more
Would have given 4 stars but... I get that it's a friendly place/staff but when a family of four walks in and ready to order... conversations with the current customer (story time) should be wrapped up a bit or call for other staff's help so no one iswaiting awkwardly to be helped. When asked if I could make my salad a deluxe (add extra meat for extra charge) the lady helpingme said that it's only an option for a sub order and dismissed me -- wrong! How hard is it to throw some extra meat on a bowl ofsalad? Overall clean place, food was as expected. Read more
