Horrible! The cashier and order taker Jessica is extremely rude! She has no customer service skills what so ever! Please retrain... or hire some one new. Its 10:00 pm and you run out of meat?. BS. I don't think you wanted to dirty up your oven after cleaning it. Lucky I like... chicken. Poor management equals poor customer service. I used to work for burger king so i get that you need to make your times for drive thru short but i always found that customers ... would happily wait and park for a burger thats fresh and exactly how they ordered it. My two recent trips have been absolutelyhorrible. I will not be visiting this particular restaurant again if i can help it. Read more
Great service! We ordered on the app, they no longer carried the frozen lemonade we ordered so she upsized our replacement... flavor. We pulled around to wait for fresh nuggets and she threw in an extra fry for our wait time. On top of all that she wasreally friendly and personable and this was all nearing closing time. Although they're currently struggling with staffing (like everyone else), the workers are friendly, the service time is... acceptable and the food is always hot and fresh. I've never had an issue with an order here and would recommend trying thislocation. 10/10 Read more
You expect hot meals but even above warm will do for an order of 6 meals, but the sorry azz employees gave us cold fries what... was supposed to be a Whopper instead gifted us cold hamburger/buns with a ton of mayo, onions, pickles, the thinnest slice oftomato with no lettuce to be found. Usually you can get some ranch or honey mustard but they instead wanted us to pay a dollarper dressing... GTFOH!
