I'd give more stars if I could. The food was OUTSTANDING. I am not typically a pasta eater but ordered the pasta in order to... get the salad. I ordered the ham and mushroom pasta. Exquisite. The texture of the pasta was so wonderful. It was perfectlycooked and must have been fresh. The sauce....to die for. The salad was excellent. Worst pizza I have ever eaten. This is what you get when you ask for olives, sausage and pepperoni. Terrible would not... recommend. Mind you I spent 75 dollars for two pizzas medium sized larges. Should be rated worst pizza ever! Definitely notbest. Read more

The important part was that the food was great! We decided to stop by here for a late lunch before a movie at the Yelm cinemas... down the street. My gf is vegan, so it was important that this restaurant had vegan options. She ordered a customized veganpizza and I had pasta dish w/Bolognese which were both available on their lunch special menu. Food was excellent! My pasta dishwas flavorful and just the right portion where I didn't feel like I overate. Service could have been better, but we must havecame on a bad day. We had a great experience at lunch today here. First, we didn't know about the lunch deal ($12 for past + wine or salad / $12... for brick oven pizza). Second, we also didn't know they use some organic products and very natural ingredients. The food itself(pasta, pizza and salad) were delicious, fresh and very close what we usually have in Italy. The customer service was fast, kindand on point. The cherry on top was the milhojas with real dulce de leche. Unforgettable! I wish we had this restaurant inTexas. Read more

This place was not what I was expecting. In such a little town that take just 3 minutes to drive through you'd never expect a... high end authentic Italian restaurant. Imported flour from Italy means hand made pasta and pizza on site. The sauces on bothwere amazing and everything was cooked perfectly. I will be coming back every time I'm in town. This is to be fair a high endplace and the prices reflect that. The average price is gonna run you $15-45 a person depending on if you share food. Either wayyou're gonna leave happy. Also... The food and the customer service are the best! The owner was concerned that a plate he saw in the back was only half eaten and... that something was wrong. He had the waitress come to our table with the offer for another dish. The only issues with the firstplate was that my wife was full. The food was excellent!!! What a gesture.
